With 850 participants from 24 countries, sponsors were enthusiastic about the opportunity that NISO Plus 2021 provided for engaging with information professionals from around the world. With the support of our fabulous global Planning Committee, we expect the quality and content of next year’s conference to be just as outstanding, and attendance to be at least as high!
Several organizations have already committed to sponsoring next year’s conference—Access Innovations, Bowker, Cadmore Media (home of the NISO video repository), HighWire, Johns Hopkins University Press, OCLC, and the University of Rhode Island Libraries. We are very grateful to them all for their early support, and hope that they will soon be joined by other organizations working in the information space. As in previous years, there are sponsorship options at all levels from $500 – $10,000. The premium packages (Kilobyte – $3,024; Megabyte – $5,048; Gigabyte – $10,096) all allow you to select from a range of sponsorship and promotion opportunities including sponsoring specific sessions or social events, publishing a piece in our monthly Information Organized newsletter or promoting a hashtag of your choice. We’re also happy to help you design your own custom package, for example, to meet a specific budget amount—or to add more sponsorship options if you have suggestions!
